Unreal!
My transmission wentout AGAIN
This is the 4th time. Most people don't ever have to deal with the transmission let alone 4 damn times.
Im a single mother with 3 kids. Everytime this has happened to me its around the holidays and im left stranded. Now Aamco doesn't want to help me?? I'm completely disappointed.
Obviously you guys have NO clue how to fix my transmission if it continues to go out. Something needs to be done. Y'all say you're the best??
Warranty this and whatever that?? Its all ***

Resolved: Issues with service
After contacting AAMCO headquarters the local service center did a proper cooling system test for pressure after fixing a bad clamp (they had installed). So far the system has been holding up.
I was able to contact national headquarters at AAMCO. They took my information and got back to me.
They contacted the AAMCO on Amherst St in NH, the owner and the manager. In response they did a proper cooling system test for pressure after fixing a bad clamp (they had installed). So far the system has been holding up.
It helps significantly to contact AAMCO headquarters to get their assistance. The local shop I would never use again, however AAMCO did what they could to make me a satisfied customer after the frustration.
They replaced my radiator and gave me a car with leaking coolant. Took 1 month for just the radiator job and still it was leaking far worse than when I took it to them.
Another week to get them to look at it again! Still not resolved.
Nightmare/paid for service no repairs no replacement, $2,000 in limbo.
I but down a $2,000 a week and a half no rebuilt transmission no replacement with a used transmission, left vehicle June 21, 2018, went back June 30, 2018 still no repairs or replcement. damaghed exhaust pipes vehicle will never pass emission again with out repairs they still have my torque converter and wont return my $2,000.
I had my vehicle towed to another shop they informed me that my exhaust pipe on left driver side had been cut into on that side the exhaust pipe on the right side had been bent and would not bolt properly to exhaust manifold resulting in an exhaust leak, they had to have midas weld a spacer to reconnect the exhaust pipe on right side which they carged me for to repair bent exhaust pipe and exhaust leak would cost more to repair.
They did not but my toqure conveter in with my other parts when had my vehicle towed my vehicle is 2008 Dodge 2500 Heavy Duty, when I went back for my torque concveter they gave me the torque converter for a chevy silverrado. and then they told me we are keeping your $2,000 for RDI.

I am in the same boat. My transmission went out the first time a year and a half ago, a year after that it went out again and now 5 months late it went out for a 3rd time.
I almost wrecked my car do to it taking off in speed then it can't go into park or *** gears. Mind you the did repair it free the second time and I hope it will be the same this time.
It is shotty work and every time it gets worked on it takes close to a month to fix and a month without my van I have 4 children to get places and a job. Its extremely upsetting
