lbrought my 2002 Nissan Quest to the Oak Park Illinois location on Madison Street on Friday February 16 2018 and was told by Les that it needed a transmission Les searched on line for a used one because it would only cost me 1,338dollars installed as opposed to anew one that would be nearly four thousand.He found a transmission and ordered it.l was told by Les that he would have the transmission by monday feb.19 and it would be installed and ready for me to pick my nissan quest up tuesday feb 20 l paid in advance the full amount totally trusting that lm dealing with a reputable company thats nationwide with my visa credit card.when l called Les on monday feb 20 if my nissan would be ready the next day he told me the transmission came to him with a crack in the housing so he couldnt install it.He (Les)said he found another one and that it should arrive to him wednesday feb 21.when l called him on wed.feb21Les said the trans hadnt got to him yet and that he would call me when he has everything under control .l am Michael McDonough the owner of the 2002Nissan Quest that l am entrusing Aamco Transmission to install a transmission l feel now that one of your own dealers has taken advantage of me.My telephone number is 773-712-9493 and my email is mikemcdonough567@gmail.com.Please do something here as the family and l really need our van.Thank You Sincerely Mr Michael J.
