AAMCO in Canton worked on my car back in late May and replaced the front axl. It sounds like the front axl is making horrible noise, especially when stopping.
I stopped by car off on Friday, July 5th around 9am, and as if Tuesday, July 9th, the ship has yet to look at it saying they are behind. No one told me they were behind when I dropped off the car. I am paying out of pocket for a rental for something that they worked on last time or at the least they have to find a part covered by my warranty, and my warranty only covers 7 days of a rental, and I am now on day 5. This is an unacceptable level of service.
My car sounds worse now than when I dropped it off in Nay.
I only brought it back here, because they are the ones who originally worked on it, and CNA said if it’s the same part that is causing the problems, the shoppe would be liable. I will not use this shoppe again and see why there are bad ratings online

Preferred solution: pay for my rental car if not covered by my warranty .
