The Lancaster Amco located on division Street at Ave J5 is where I took my truck the service manager Juan told me he hast to remove my transmission check the torque converter check the pump and the solenoid. He also wanted $1600 upfront before he would start of course he did not give me a written estimate. he charged me $99 to diagnose the problem. I pulled it out of that shop and took it to a shop in Santa Clarita. They said it was a broken wire and they did not charge me to diagnose the problem. I drove it from Lancaster to Tennessee towing a 21 foot camper trailer and I had no problems at all with the transmission. They are dishonest they don’t know how to diagnose a problem and they are ripping people off. No written estimate and they wanted $1600 upfront before they started. I would not recommend anyone going there for any type of service work.

They closed there doors, and Customer service said its out of warranty and can't do anything. Tell me how a truck that was bought new and goes for 95k with no clutch issues. The truck has now 128k and has 3 clutches put in. These guys are terrible and Customer service is worse.
