In October of 2017, I purchased a coolant fan for my 01 Jeep. I picked my vehicle up on Friday and by Monday or Tuesday I was taking back to the service center.
Apparently, the fan was bad because it sounded like an airplane taking off. A new fan was put in my Jeep. Here it is less than a year later and I experienced additional problems with the fan. The part is under warranty but I am stuck paying labor.
I understand you limited labor, but when faulty parts are sold and the customer had experienced problems with the parts you sold them previously I feel Aamco should work with the customer regarding labor. I feel as if I have been taken advantage of and the replacement pair is going to fail and I will be stuck paying you for labor again.
