The manager Shane told me he was not going to pay for the damage they did to my car I called corporate about it and he said he would pay for my bumper it took to long so I had my insurance pay I told him just pay my deductible 200.00 dollars he told me to pay it and he said he is not paying take me to court I said ok the owner was there when he said he would pay for my bumper now that I had it done he want pay that's not all they did to my car I called corporate about about 6 months ago I have paper work of the damage they did to my car pictures

The location in Austell GA have the worse Service/ Management ever. | Aamco review from Mableton, Georgia

I brought my Automobile for transmission service and all *** broke loose. My Automobile is still not fix management is needing great improvement and the service need a re-haul . Thank you very much for letting AAMCO know I was sympathetic to your situation.

I am sure the owner needs to be counseled from Corporate in this matter. You are a valued customer and I appreciate the mention of the Manager.

I am no longer at that location or any other AAMCO..these practices that happen nationwide need to be addressed to insure the customer experience is as positive as possible.

I was treated unprofessionally and totally ignored | Aamco review from Douglasville, Georgia

I went in to the Aamco shop at 2048 Fairburn rd, Douglasville, Ga around 9 am. I asked about getting the free multi check for my 03 Taurus. I was told at that time, they would try to work me in ( keep in mind this was a free multi check offered by AAMCO). I was asked if I wanted to leave my car and I replied no, I'll just wait ( I had now ride back home). From the time I arrived until I left at 1:15 no one said a word to me. So I went and I asked, will anyone be able to look at my car. The lady behind the counter just simply replied no, cut and dry. The treatment was very totally uncalled for and if I am ever asked for a place to go it won't be to AAMCO on Fairburn Rd, in Douglasville, GA The office personnel (owner included sucked). I heard him tell someone one the phone what makes these people (the customer) think they are so important. My next step is to contact their Corp Office.

I could not agree more. After using Aamco in Marietta and Douglasville for 20 some odd years I've had enough of their unprofessional baloney.

At least you didn't get ripped off by paying for something and then finding out that their guarantee is not worth the paper it is printed on, unfortunately I did.

The manager there is just horrible and will not service the customer. In fact I don't think they want any customers, judging from the attitude displayed.

Truck Repair Review

My truck has been in AAMCO care since the 5th of June and know one can tell me when I will get it back. The original shop it was in , I paid $3500 an it had to be put back in the shop on the next business day. I made it 3 miles down the road before realizeing it was not fixed and the McAllen, tx shop wouldn't answer the phone. It's now in the Corpus Christi shop and no one know when it will be ready or seem to realize the predicament that this has left me in. I'm stuck at a rv park outside of kingsville tx and no way to go. Ps. There aren't any taxis in kingsville tx!!!

My truck is still there for a seal repair 11days yes 11 | Aamco review from Gainesville, Georgia

Morning, I want to let you know about my experience with my local Aamco. I dropped off my 2005 truck LAST Thursday 1/09/14 it is now 1/18/14 and it is still not done. I have been calling this store on a regular basis and all I get is I am trying my best. It has a broken seal on the front of the transmission Not in for a rebuild or anything. Yesterday I called at 4pm and was told maybe tomorrow or Monday, How is this in any way customer service? I cannot at this point even began to recommend this location or even this company if this is the standard in which business is conducted So yesterday I was told I would be called at 9AM for an update now it is 9:30 and no phone call really? Ok so now it is 11:30 and still no answer if my truck will be done So I have been without a vehicle for 11 days thanks to my local Aamco transmission shop Lawrenceville Georgia

so the managers job is to manage teh customer and the workflow. the owner over rides him to stay out of a legal mess and your mad at that?

It America, the business owner can deny service to whoever he wants when ever he wants... Just the same you can choose where u want to bring your car....
