Customer beware!!! I was quoted one price over the telephone and when I received the final bill the price was astronomically higher without my authorization. I attempted to work this out with the manger of the shop John, but to no avail. He told me that he needed to speak with the owner to resolve my inquiry and would call me back by 5:00PM.
Guess what, it's been over 3 weeks and he hasn't called me back. However, I contacted him on several occasions and each time he told me that the owner would call me back to resolve my issue by 5:30PM. Five different calls on five different occasions and no resolution.
It has become clear to me that Aamco transmissions does not value it's customers and the customer service has been horrible. Lord forbid if I have an issue with my transmission within the 3yr/36k warranty range. Would they repair the issue or just blow me off?
Litigation to resolve this issue seems proper at this time.
