Took are pick up to the Lancaster shop for transmission complete service.
The shop changed the rear main seal and supposedly fixed a sensor leak located by the turbo. approx.
$2000K Within a month a few drops of oil appeared were the pickup was parked, took the pick up back in and within two very slow and agonizing weeks we got are pickup back under their warranty service. On the way home from the shop noticed the fuel pump on the exterior tank had been loosed ( fresh wrench marks on the retaining nut), also the pickup transmission had not been pressure washed for this re-repair. Either they did a poor job of cleaning the obvious oil leak or did not bother to clean it at all. Pickup is now at shop for third time since April 18th for the same issue, made an appointment so that we would not be without the vehicle for an extended time, it currently has been there two weeks tomorrow.
Gary the manager called on April 29th and said the pickup should be ready by May 1st. Called the shop on May 1st at 2:45 spoke with Gary, Gary said he would call back at around 3:15, he did not call. Called the shop at 3:45 Gary was not there and shop knew nothing about pickup.
Poor customer service and worse service repair. Just a note pickup is not a daily driver, used only two or three times a month, driven less than 200 miles a month.
