Terrible diagnostic service | Aamco review from Orangetown, New York
Your “mechanic” Carlo at your pearl river, ny store told me I had a bad axle on my truck. 6 hours and $400 later that wasn’t the problem that was causing the noise and now he wants to do multiple repairs and still wasn’t sure what the problem was. I did not take my truck to you so he could guess as to what the problem is. Obviously I will not be paying the $400 and have put a hold on the payment. I would like to speak to someone from your corporate office because you need to know they don’t know what they’re doing and ripping me off. My number is 2016878195

Fixed our transmission, created new issue. Took our $3500 for the repair, kept our car. 5 weeks no communication, no car. What do I do? Police, attorney? My advice to future customers... RUN!! Don't let them fix anything!
