Complaining

customer service agent is so rude. I left my car for repairing the transmission overheating before 2 weeks ago. We agreed it will take a week to get it fixed. They didn't meet the deadline. They informed me that the car is ready after 9 days. When I went there the cat wasn't ready Nd I had to wait 4 hours. When I tried the car I found out that it still overheating along with new issues like leaking, heat isn't working, jumping and the race while it's on parking is too high. Till now I've been going back and forth every day without any luck. The worker insulted me.

User's recommendation: Never ever deal with that branch.

On the first transmission I felt as though we were treated somewhat fairly. On the second transmission I believe I’ve been treated very unfairly and I still have a 2007 Subaru that does not run proper

I have a 2007 Subaru outback Im on my second transmission with your Lebanon facility I deal with that morning Rob was very snarky and rude and I just dont understand why he thinks that should be OK but on my second transmission my car still slips and malfunctions I am at the hospital with my husband in Wilson county because I couldnt drive my car to Nashville I felt insecure into frightened of it so I need help 801-946-**** again I never wanna deal with Rob again

User's recommendation: Beware.
