AAMCO location in Lbannon TN, extraordinarily poor service.

Re Poor service - Yes, agree, Brad the owner promised me that they would return my rental car but this did not happen. It sat for days collecting charges. Rick, one of the staff was pretty rude that they had done their part by calling Hertz (I would have dropped it and taken a cab to AAMCO except that I trusted Brad's promise). After $2200+ of sensors, wheel bearings, etc. The car had not been road tested and has a shudder issue that was not there before. Also of the replaced sensors, one was inop that night as I picked it up. Poor service from a vet to a VET. Rick was the one who sent me to that location, saying they could have helped me, but the work was too extensive. I felt passed on, sold up, then sold out.
