in june 2017 the transmission in our 2010 Malibu went out. aamco Clearwater finally after 2 wks got it repaired and we got the car back.
on a trip last week jan 2018 the transmission failed again. car was delivered to the shop on mon 1/15 it is now fri 1/19 and I had to call shop again to find status. was told parts on order car wont be ready till mon or tues. 1/22 1/23.
I HAD to rent a car as this is our only vevicle because the shop "does not have loaner vehs".
why should ihave to provide my own veh? it was not my repair that failed!
